If you pre-pay for a service, subscription, or downloadable digital product, our refund policy covers you completely for 60 days.

We strongly advise taking a full backup of your site before initiating any major development work. In fact, we recommend this essential security strategy regardless of who you hire to work on your website. Taking a prior backup ensures you always retain full control and ownership of your data in any situation.
If your web host does not provide automatic daily backups, securing your site is still very simple. We highly recommend using a free WordPress plugin like UpdraftPlus to quickly generate and download a complete copy of your files and database in just a few clicks.
